Wallace Jordan has a proven track record of success representing agricultural producers, suppliers, wholesalers, brokers, and dealers throughout the country.  The firm is one of a very small number of firms nationwide with extensive knowledge and experience of matters relating to the federal Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA).  Members of the firm represent clients in enforcement of PACA trust rights, defense under PACA, and PACA administrative, disciplinary, and reparations matters.  The firm has particular experience with proceedings for injunctions and the entry of PACA claims procedures.
