Whitney L. Eiland's Profile

Whitney Eiland’s practice includes litigation in various fields of law, including construction, subrogation, insurance defense, and municipal law.  She is a member of the Alabama State Bar and its Young Lawyers and Women’s section.

Whitney attended Athens State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  Whitney graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2019.  While in law school, she was the recipient of the Scholar of Merit awards in both Torts and Criminal Procedure I.  Following law school, Whitney clerked for the Honorable Annemarie Carney Axon of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Whitney lives in Blount County with her husband, Jake, and their two girls, Saylor and Sophie.  Before and during law school, Whitney worked as a paralegal for the firm.  Whitney serves on the junior board of Heart Gallery Alabama, which is a nonprofit dedicated to finding forever families for children in Alabama’s foster care system.  She and her family are members of Desperation Church, Hayden Campus.
