Matthew S. Hale's Profile
Matt’s practice concentrates on counseling real estate owners, developers, and lenders in all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, development, and financing. He also provides advice to corporate clients on corporate governance and transactional matters.
Matt serves as the firm’s Young Lawyer contact and on the Young Lawyer Advisory Board for Meritas, an international affiliation of law firms. Matt graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 2012 and received his law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2015.
