Stephanie A. Johnson's Profile
Stephanie is an associate with Wallace, Jordan, Ratliff & Brandt. Her practice encompasses most areas of business law, focusing primarily on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. She counsels clients in development, acquisition, disposition, and financing. Stephanie was a summer associate with Wallace Jordan in 2019 and joined the firm after graduating from law school in 2020.
Originally from Northwest Florida, Stephanie graduated from Samford University in 2012 with her bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a minor in Spanish. Prior to law school, she attended Florida State University and obtained her Masters in English Education in 2014. She taught high school English for three years.
Stephanie received her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in 2020, graduating cum laude. At Cumberland, she served as a Senior Associate Editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. Additionally, she was a Caruthers Fellow teaching assistant for legal research and writing; Student Co-Coordinator for the Center for Children, Law and Ethics; and a member of Women in Law. Stephanie received Scholar of Merit awards in Secured Transactions, Criminal Law, and Juvenile Justice Administration.
Stephanie understands that real estate closings require a skilled attorney to successfully orchestrate the process from start to finish. She incorporates her background in education to analyze key transactional documents, to contribute creative strategies for overcoming hurdles, and to communicate effectively with her clients and team.
