Homeowner’s Associations and Condominium Associations in Alabama have grown in number over the last several years. Most new developments are subject to covenants and restrictions put in place by the developer to protect the aesthetics of the development, the value of the homes and the safety of its residents. Our attorneys have several years of experience in advising HOA boards on best practices, including covenant enforcement, assessment collection and covenant amendments. We represent HOAs ranging in size from a dozen homes to several hundred. We have also assisted individual homeowner’s with compliance issues and helped them reach an amicable resolution with their HOA board on a variety of issues.
