In response to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), both houses of Congress have
passed a law known as H.R. 6201 or "Families First Coronavirus Response Act" (FFCRA) that has
provisions significantly affecting employers in the United States.
Here are the main things employers need to know and prepare for.
New I-9 Form

A new version of the I-9 form was published on January 31, 2020, which can be used immediately, and must be used after April 30, 2020.
